Davao, Serendipity, Laughter, Love

For lack of any creative thought process I just decided to use random words as a title to this post.

My head is still spinning. Legs are still jelly. Tummy still full of tuna. And my heart is full of love.

I loved this weekend at Davao. It was so epic that things just aligned themselves like magic. Like I am in a reality show or something. Like I feel words are not enough. But I will try my best. And I will try to be brief. I will post a separate entry for the wedding itself (which was very lovely, by the way). Because it definitely deserves just that.

Okay so first things first, we were late during check-in by freaking three minutes! Sorry for the language. I wasn't really mad when that happened. Hubby thought our flight was 30 minutes later. These things happen. The H felt really guilty about it. And seeing him sad like that vanishes all my inis away.

Yaya started throwing up like there's no tomorrow. She didn't stop until the next morning. Wowa naman. I made sure she stayed hydrated and gave her isang baldeng bonamin.

So we booked the next flight which was 10 hours later! Good bye city tour, Eden Nature Park. Even the Philippine eagle was already expecting me. Also I was supposed to meet tita Punay (mommy of my good friend). God had other plans I guess. So we went with the flow.

Our flight was moved to 6:50pm. Flight got delayed by 2 hours. What the hey! Our co-passengers were harassing the front desk representatives already, I decided to go to the higher management. Long story short, they gave us a refund! Hubby said, he really likes me. Haha.

Daddy and Eli waiting for our luggage

Arrived in Davao at midnight. Ordered the very vapid and unhealthy McDonalds meal.

I can still feel the chicken nuggets in my thighs

Morning came. Orchid and I decided to explore our happy place, palenke (wet market).

We rode "Kaputian" taxi, which parang nakaka-sakit dahil alam naman namin hindi kami "kaputian". Haha.

Eto kami hindi "kaputian" fine.

We went to Bankerohan Plaza. Asked for free taste na sa dami ay pang himagas na. Harassed tita seller to give us libreng pomelo and mangosteen.

We realized it was already three hours before the wedding ceremony and we still do not have a make-up artist. So we asked around. My gulay tinuro kami sa kaloob-looban ng palenke. Parlor only had manicurist and "mangkukulot". Hello pagoda cold wave lotion. I told Orchid, di ko bet.

So we changed strategies and asked for a "Beautician", tinuro kami sa Barber shop. Nakanang!

Just when we are loosing hope already may nakasalubong kaming dalawang beks (short of "bekki" "bakla" "gaylalu"). Orchid asked: "Day, do you make-up?". I followed-up, "marunong kayong mag suklay ng magulong buhok?". Sabi nila "sure ma'am!". Whoah. Talk about serendipity. They just came from a wedding where they did all the make up for the bride and entourage of 18! Pakak sa bannga mga ateh!

Sabi namin, o sumama na kayo samin. You need to beautify us! Imagine us stinky, sweaty, looking like war veterans parang mahihirapan sina ate.

Ang ending teh! Winner muk-ap. Pang Oscars. No wait, MMFF lang pala. Choz! One of the best risks we took during the day.

They turned Orchid into Anne Curtezz. While me ang peg, ninang-mudrabells-sushaling-mayomon! Hehehe.

Dress from my mudra's closet of course.

Ayan na, grand entrance na kami. So many soldiers in white uniform I love!

Winner kayo inaanak!
(Yes, ninang na ko. I am old.)

Soldiers

Then off to reception (will expound on another post). Then me and hubby with the rest of our friends decided to explore Davao at night. Went to Jack's Ridge, which closes early pala. Drank some really strong gourmet coffee. We wanted to sing our hearts out at Tapas Bar, but kuya na may hawak ng microphone was still busy singing "25 minutes" for the nth time. For the fear na mabaril kame ni kuya if we dare to interrupt him, we decided to go to another place.

We went to a place called "Tourist" and all we can hear are tugs-tugs-tugs (repeat 50x). We were not in the mood for hard core party so we decided to look for another place.

Went to the aptly named Barbeque Boss. Kumain ng isang baldeng pork and gizzard barbeque. One big slab of tuna belly. One pitcher of blue margarita. Our waiter's name was "Rechard". Then we're done for the night.

Hit the sack then the bride woke me up early morning because we were going to Samal island. We traveled by land and sea. Saw my friend who was there for a toastmasters event. Ate crispy pata, masarap na bihon, pakbet, and crispy chicken downed with cold beer plus sweet corn ice cream for dessert.

Eli was not too fond of the sea. Or the water. Or the air near the water. So after like 15 minutes of wadding, we're out.

I went back to my favorite place Bankerohan and hoarded tuna.

Met with tito Ephraim at the airport and received another box of pomelo.

Prayed the rosary as the plane took off. Arrived home safely and left a little bit of my heart in Davao.

We are definitely going back.

Tell me now, how could I not love my life.? =)

I have never been good with goodbyes. Beginnings I love. Endings I tend to dread.

But another season will soon come to pass.

Am I ready? No one is ever ready I guess. I am the yellowest person there is. I have been crying everyday when I came to terms where my heart truly is.

But is it easy? Definitely not. So I wish there was no need for goodbyes ever.

Just hello. And I will definitely see you soon. Or thank you's. Thank you's are the best.

Because each one, in one way or another has taught us a lesson or two. Has put a smile on our faces one time or another. Has caused us to see beauty both obvious and abstract.

So maybe this is not a chapter that I am closing. Maybe it is just a prologue to a beautiful story still being spun. With characters still being added not replaced.

I have been teary eyed a lot lately. I heard this song and I couldn't believe a new season is about to start soon.

Bittersweet.

Random Pictures Post

I have been staying at home after the operation. Because of that there's really nothing much to blog about. If I blog about my thoughts recently then this blog will be mighty boring. I just want to say that the weather of my heart is sunny sunny right now. My recent health scare has come to pass. I love my life really. And if there's anyone out there that I annoy I hope I can convert you to like me, eventually. Because I like "me" a whole lot.=)

Enough of that self love. So since I have been bored, I decided to pick pictures from my camera at random and show them to you.

My son just has the sweetest smile ever.
In the history. My life's history at least.
It melts all my stress away.

Elijah likes the floor now most days.
He likes lying on it. Playing on it.
When he's bored and he just needs to
get away from it all, he lies on the floor.
(He's not having a tantrum here.
In fact he was in a state of tranquility.)

Looky my, there were others who were trying to
get a picture with Jollibee and here we are
making singit all over the place.
See I am super happy here.
Just cause Jollibee is one of my happy place.

I was starstruck to meet Twirlie!
Eli couldn't care any less. Tee hee.

Scary snake at the Ark Avilon zoo.
Nagini is that you? Hisss...

My son the brave.
What you cannot see is his other hand.
He was stroking the snake with his other hand.

Completely hubby's idea.
What if we skewer the hotdogs using spaghetti noodles and the boil them?

End result: pink pasta that tastes like hotdogs.
I made a tomato cream sauce for this.

This is H teaching Elijah how to shoot.
He taught Eli the basics of dribbling a ball here.

Eli runing away!
This was after syang tamaan ng tatay nya ng bola sa ulo.
LOL. He was a good sport because he didn't cry (too much).

Mommy and Eli one weekend before going to a mall.
See I am still a little chubby but
I think I am just a few pounds away from my goal weight.
105 lbs, lets do this!

Daddy and Eli.

Eli demanding for his food at Max's Megamall.

He looks like he's just about ready to eat you.

Elijah and mommy again

I am excited for Eli to grow up and see his mommy blogging about him all the time.  That would just be the coolest.

Happy weekend.

I noticed a small lump and asked my hubby to check it. Hubby said, that's scary have the doctor check it. Doc said, whoah that's quite a strange bump lemme slice it off (note: not verbatim).

After a round of antibiotics (which my doc said was supposed to make it smaller -- it didn't), doc scheduled the operation.

Was I scared? Hmmm.. after having gone through C-section, I think no operation will scare me anymore. I was more scared of the anesthesia as I know it will make me all the more forgetful he he he (I call it momnesia).

I say prayers are always my defense against any negativity. And love.  Love from my family and friends. That's why I'm so tough. But actually I'm such a marshmallow. Anyway, forgive the disjointed thoughts. It must be the drugs still doing the talking now.

The Medical City staff were all efficient. Everyone means business. Hubby accompanied me, we took some silly pictures and they wheeled me inside. It was sooo cccoold! I asked the nurses why is the temperature like Antarctica and they said it has to be that way so that the machines will not develop any moisture. Who knew?

After my anesthesiologist gassed me so I will be put to sleep, I saw the light. Light from the OR table that is. After oblivion, I re-gained consciousnes. I was groggy and heard some people having conversation. I think I was high because I heard my doctor calling me a "hot mama". I know right! I must be delirious that's why. #imsexyandiknowit

What an adventure 2012 is turning out to be. It's only the 1st quarter and so many great things have happened already. Including this one. Why is this great you ask? I don't know too but I just choose to be grateful, that's why. Really thankful.

Here are the silly pictures.

Here's the waiting room

Here's me oily and chubby

That's my doctor over there. #stolenshot

Wala lang

Yehey, Sunday palang bukas. :)

Dance like no one is watching

Believe it or not, I used to dance a lot all throughout my school days. Dancing was such a part of my yearly school activities.

I love the feeling of high (parang addict lang) just before the dance number. When you think you will blank out and that you have forgotten every step you practiced for two straight weeks and just when the first note of the song hits you, your body becomes alive and suddenly you find yourself moving without even thinking, without even willing, you just dance.

I think I performed while still hung over (it was friend's debut party the night before) during college. It was one of the best dance performances I did. I trained in UP too, dancing to cultural music. For a time there I thought iwawaksi ko all pop songs but then the call of Destiny's child and N'Synch was just too hard to resist.

Why am I saying all this? I was in a cab tonight and manong driver had on party music. It hit me: I miss dancing. Like getting lost in a song and forgetting that there are people other than you. I miss it, miss it, miss it.

Have I gotten old? Methinks, no one is ever too old for dancing. I have got to go out one of these days. Drown myself in music so loud that I will almost forget to breathe.

Dance so silly people will think I'm nuts. Dance until I my legs turn jelly. Dance until maging Hagadro Versoza ako (haggard!).

That's it. Friday na tomorrow. :D

Most blogs they say is edited. This blog admitedly is one of them. I say edited because I try to veer away from blogging when I am extremely sad or my heart has full of 'inis'. Whose life is perfect anyway? However, I just feel that there's so much of negativity in the world and you don't need another person documenting that.

You can also say that I like to keep and remember happy thoughts more than the sad ones. And my own little blog is mine completely.

Life. I am so into life at the moment. And the stars. The stars are lining up for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is so easy to please me because in my heart my dreams are made of simple dreams. And I am not saying my dream or life is better than yours. Understand please that this is me. Utterly different than you. But we all have our place under the sky.

Anyway, let me tell you that I have a lovely team. Whom I spent a weekend of adventure with.

And that I have a loving, real, simple family. Whom I spent simple weekend with also.

Thank you Lord, for placing such happy dreams in heart.

So live a life that is your dream. No one is stoping you. Here's me wishing that you will always have the courage to listen to your heart.

My last thoughts tonight before sleeping was courtesy of my wise tita: "Some things in life are mere outcomes of the right decision at the right time but always with the guidance of the God."

That said everything.

Have a great week ahead.

Let me start by saying that I love my life now more than ever.

I am on my way to getting healthier. (What? Loosing almost 50 lbs. in the last 4 months is a HUGE accomplishment.)

My son is our absolute pure joy. Everyday really becomes like a fun trip to the amusement park with him around.

My relationship with my husband is stronger than ever. We laugh every 5 minutes we're together. I mean that's a good sign right? We dedicate time not just for our own little family but also for the two of us. Two of us alone together. Feels like high school each time. I love him to bits.

Okay, so the ranting will start now. I am feeling a certain kind of discontent. Like my life is too safe and that I should start shaking things a bit.

Maybe because I've been on house arrest for the past two days (I've been sick) that's why these thoughts creep up. But shake it up we shall. See, I am planning to enroll in a new class again (more on that later). Considering some heavy decisions that will drastically change our daily routine. And, might be pursuing a lifelong career-altering decision soon.

This is a good kind of discontent because it is borne out of gratitude. That my life is just about far too nice right now. And I think our life is not meant to be that way for too long. The world is far too big. Possibilities are far too endless and our circle of influence could be a lot bigger if only we allow it to. Hence, I am praying now quite more strongly everyday that I do not become too comfortable so we can pursue our planned changes as a family.

Wow. That was a mouthful. Now to share something light. I went to Beijing. The land of quiet contentedness. People going about their daily lives and it feels like everyone knows their purpose and they are exactly where they are supposed to be. Made me realize I am too different from them. This doesn't mean that I didn't love the city. I loved that I got to experience that foreign land alone for a work assignment. I loved that the moment my husband stepped into the city it suddenly felt like home. (If only he brought Eli with him and we might have never returned. Haha. Not really.)

Some side stories:

- Got harassed by some locals at Tiananmen Square (will not go into the details, but for all you know that event might have prevented us from encountering an even bigger problem, so what gives I'm still happy).

- Must learn to speak Mandarin and I will be unstoppable!

- It can get pretty lonely when you are an only child. Well almost everyone is an only child there.

- Chinese taxi drivers could be mean sometimes. (Pinoy taxi drivers are even meaner sometimes too.) However 70% of them are actually quite nice.

- Our version of "Chinese food" is different from the ones I tasted in Beijing.

- Peking duck is oily.

- Hey, I'm not too bad with directions after all?

- I know, where are the pictures right? Sorry just got lazy. Do expect that on another post.

- I'm glad Philippines is a tropical country. And that I live here. Yun lang poe.

Happy Friday na tomorrow. Winner. Ever. :D

XOXO.

Listen, will you?

This is not for everyone. Or even anyone.

These thoughts are purely mine. And if there is someone out there (aside from hubby and sister) who reads this one out of sheer boredom you can pass this one.

There comes a time in someone's life when you think am I really where I should be? Am I really supposed to be doing what I'm doing right now?

No thoughts of regrets here. Every bit of decision that led me to where I am, I am truly grateful. Tomorrow is something else. The future is what matters to me now. I had like an A-HA! moment in the office earlier.

Something gives me the feeling that maybe I ought be doing something else. I told my dear husband approximately 2 minutes ago, what if I just suddenly decide to stop? To end this now?

He said, as long as "wala kang tinatapakang tao" (you're not crushing someone else's future) I will be happy with your decision. I have never been a risk taker. I have never taken a leap just for the heck of it.

Have you ever get the feeling that you're afraid of loosing yourself? I know I sound like I am just asking random questions, blurting out nonsensical thoughts. But I haven't given up, yet.

I know God truly loves me and by some luck, I shall see the road I need to travel with in the next few weeks (or months, that's fine). The possibility excites me to no end. Lead me there, Lord. I promise I will listen.

What to do when you're sad

Hello friends. My name is Love and I am one sad fella' tonight. Don't ask. It's work.

But I bounced back. Yey!

Here's the 30 minute therapy I did and now I got over it.

First, I drowned my sorrows in these.

My new favorite chocolate (take note I don't even like chocolates).
I wonder who makes this brand. They are the best! I tell you.
I love you Galaxy! (In my next lifetime, I'll marry you! Choz.)

Note to hubby: Please do not pop a vein. I did not finish the entire bag.
I only ate like 2 or 3. I lost count. :P

Then I looked my ever overflowing growing collection of Eli's baby pictures.

Look how tiny those feet are. Now they are stomping me!

This was during our joint birthday celebration.
He's two months. I'm 23 25 29.

During one of our afternoon conversations. He is 10 weeks here.
I believe he was asking me not to return to work after
my maternity leave. Darn it, I shoulda' listened to my son. :P

Then I listened and sang along a silly song.

I took one long breath smelling Eli's baby skin.

Looked around me and realized that I am all okay.

Thank you Lord, for this life I am living now. Amen.

Write

I find comfort in writing. When I am bored, when I am full of emotions, whenever I am happy I find myself putting written words on paper or in this case translating the thoughts on file.

And I believe anyone and everyone has a gift for writing. I haven't met anyone whose story is not interesting as mine. Sometimes I think instead of just telling me their story, I wish they could jot down their thoughts for eternity. It's like having a time capsule that is more detailed and raw.

As I prepare for today's blurry of activities I wanted to take 15 minutes to write down my thoughts in the quiet of our room without anyone or anything to distract me. I am glad because my heart is filled with gratitude. Even at moments I feel most discouraged I never forget to be thankful for every bits and pieces of my so-called ordinary life.

Over time, I have realized that I may not be the 'most' at everything. I can never please everyone. I may be judged. I may have judged some people wrongly. I may have put some people down. All of me, flaws and all I have come to accept. Who am I to give advice to anyone? But, I can definitely listen to my own self. And my heart is telling me it's all right not to be perfect.

It's okay not to be the best at everything. If I must fail, then I must fail quickly and recover quickly. It's okay not to be the perfect mom (or a wife, or a daughter, or sister or friend). It's okay to just learn lessons along the way. And while juggling all the roles I have to do, it's perfectly all right to prioritize myself every once in a while. It's not being selfish. It's not being indulgent. It's part of loving and accepting me.

I bring back all the glory to Him. In my journey to be better each day I am glad that I have the power of words to remind me that happiness is always a choice.

The reason I am not blogging

For the benefit of my two loyal readers (my husband and sister), I have not been blogging because I have been sad and busy lately. I was not busy being sad nor was I sad because I was busy. On separate occasions I was either busy or sad.

Did you get?

Did you?

I hope so.

Sad. My husband has been under the weather for quite some time now. After a series of on and off fever, me fighting with various Medical City staff, dozens of negative medical tests, not two, not three, but four internists we still don't know why he's been.. sick lately. Now, no more fever but he has the worst coughs and cold which has now spread into the entire household (our baby, me and Conching), which kind of complicates things even more. I know things shall be better post-July. August is one of my favorite months because it’s hubby's birthday month. Get better my big baby okay?

(I have not been drinking coke for more than three weeks now. I am sacrificing coke so my husband gets better. The connection? Who knows? But a sacrifice is a sacrifice. I hope the universe gets my logic.)

Busy. Work. Play. Social activities. Harry Potter. The end of an era. Eli's 1st birthday preparation. Which I am promising will be free of any 1st birthday clichés. A tough feat to accomplish but I am promising our first born son a party so cool he'll want to do it again when he's 21 haha. I have to blog about so many things I hope I can eventually catch up.

I will be back with a vengeance mind you. I just thought of saying: "I missed you blog world and I hope you missed me as much as I missed you.”.

That’s it. OkiThanxBai!

XOXO.

Last week was a crazy ride. I had drafts of supposed to be posts but they were lost in translation and are seem now too irrelevant. So here I am writing to keep my mind occupied of something. Some snippets of what happened:

- Hubby leaving for Singapore

- Our big boss coming to town

- I bumped Eli's head while bathing him (Sorry son! Mama loves you. Clumsiness aside.)

- I brought Eli to his pedia for a check-up (Still low weight gain from last month. I am still praying for Eli to love the bottle and end his hunger strike. Help me pray friends!)

- I made our baby boy eat his first solids (Brown rice plus milk! He loves eating yehey!)

- Went to the airport and flew to Singapore (ALONE)

- I was 'detained' at SG Immigration office (Apparently, I am a suspicious character. Like no surprises there! I was scared from my scalp to the ends of my toes. Pinoy movies can really make you paranoid. I was almost traumatized mind you. Why do these things keep happening to me? Maybe the answer is because I am good storyteller and God keeps throwing me great materials for my creative juices.)

- Singapore a blurr (I forgot my glasses. Fast walks to the train stations. Battle Star Galactica. Express elevator to The Sands Skypark. People walking really fast and with purpose. Everythings a blurr. I had four very painful callouses by the end of this trip.)

- We have NICE friends in Singapore (Thank YOU for feeding US!)

- I was a bit 'homesick' already by Sunday (I know this sounds OA. But traveling without your new baby is hard. I never thought I would be this yellow. I never knew I was capable of this much love - or obsession - for our little guy.)

- I was so happy to be back home

- Saw my family and extended relatives (Cousins are such great blessings from God.)

- Back to the office

Let me end this by pointing out that the moon is red tonight. I was so mesmerized by it. Our former maid once told me that if either the sky or the moon is red that means in another part of the world a war is happening. (We used to have really creative yayas. More creative yaya stories to come.) It would be silly of me to convince myself that everyone is at peace. Still, I hope and pray that people find peace in their hearts at the end of the day. Regardless of what color the moon is and what it brings, I strive to look past fear. Have a solemn Lenten week everyone.

I read blogs to make my life more interesting. I blog to make my life seem interesting. I do not have any cohesive thoughts now. So let me just bombard you with random snippets in my brain at the moment.

-         My baby is getting heavier. (Bad news for me and my hubby’s back. Read: Ouch!)

-         My cab driver yesterday was listening to Metallica and he knows all the lyrics to their songs.

-         Will 4 kilos of baked macaroni and cheese enough to feed 20 people?

-         I want to start reading Nancy Drew once again.

-         I do not want to be late for this Saturday morning’s check up. (Eli always ends up as the last. Kasabay na namin sa pila mga med reps. Hehehe)

-         Why am I suddenly addicted to Reese’s peanut butter cups? (Have you tasted Selecta Reese’s ice cream? It is DIVINE! You will never get enough of it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.)

-         I want to give my mommy a gift. Just something to let her know I love her very much.

-         Sometimes, my husband wants to test my patience. He annoys the hell out of me just to witness my breaking point. Then he will text me: Galit? Duh?

-         When should I give our maid another increase? My mother thinks I should give her na because she’s very masipag.

-         My back hurt after getting a home massage last night. It doesn’t even hurt before I got the massage. Dang!

-         Elijah is turning 4 months tomorrow. He is becoming more and more good looking everyday.

-         Today’s office was a warzone.

More on the warzone. Read: I am super human. I like to go to work on some days. Most days I would just like to stay at home. But, I go to the office anyway. Because I have an obligation. Because I know I have to. And just because I have principles. If I hate my job so much, it still wouldn’t show. I would leave my job not for any other reasons besides the fact that I want to move on to the next chapter of my life. I will not leave due to bitterness. Or spite. Or hatred. And until my last day expect me to be professional. That’s as far as the ranting goes.

Thank you very much void for listening to my not so struggling struggles.

Just saying.

I Miss Being Your Girlfriend

I really do. I was in the smelliest cab in the world on my way to work. And I was like, have we become those old married couples? We used to laugh like hyenas over senseless US TV sitcoms, have earthshaking conversations with the light dimmed low, hug and cuddle and be silly while dreaming of dreams and marveling at our greatness. I have asked him this and his reply was, yea because we became parents.

I used to be his best friend. Like our world revolved and evolved around each other. Don’t get me wrong I am not complaining. Being called a ‘mom’ is possibly the best thing that has ever happened to me. More than any accomplishments I’ve done so far. Safely bringing our genius baby into this world makes all my other achievements pale in comparison.

But for some reason, I do miss our ‘Wednesdates’. Underneath the new hats I have to wear, this is still me. I am still funny. I am still sexy as hell. And I can still rock your world if only we can make time. So why not make time? Hope to spend an alone date with you my baby daddy. You’re the cutest thing that existed before Eli was born. I would love to be your girlfriend once again even if it’s only a day or two each month. Let’s date okay, JP? I love you to bits (although sometimes you make me want to scratch your eyeballs out kasi you can be antipatiko and hypercritical pero sige na I give that to you, you make up for it naman somehow).

Family Fun Day

I used to hate attending family fun thingies before I got preggers. I used to hate insensitive, well meaning friends and acquaintances:

Insensitive: Oi! Buntis ka na?

Me: Naku, madam di pa po.

Insensitive A: Ang hina nyo naman!

Insensitive B: Darating din yan relaks lang!

Insensitive C: (Does not speak in return, but instead holds my hand squishes them, and look at me with pure pity)

Urgh! How I hate those three types! But, now I have Elijah. The center of my universe. So, carry na for me to attend those gatherings haha. But I still promise never to become any of those insensitive types. Now to a very important point.

Why do parents dress their children like wh*res? I mean, I know I sound so mean. But come on parents: children are only that young for a few years. Give them a break and DON’T dress them up in adult looking sl*tty dresses, high heels & make-up! And the dance. They dance like a-go-go dancers (I just revealed my age hehe).

Me: Ang arte nitong bata na ito. Ang sarap kurutin sa singit.

Hubby: Ang sama mo. Don’t be like that.

Me: Okay, I will keep my mouth shut. I-ba-blog ko nalang.

Wanted to post picture of the very young child na weird yung outfit kaso she might grow up and stumble on this blog someday. (Feeling). So, here is a shot nalang of another young girl whom I found so cute. She was much to shy to join the games so she ended up just watching from the sidelines with the rest of us adults who were also busy people watching.

So very first post huh? Not sure if anyone out there will be reading this soon. But as the title goes, this will be about anything, everything and nothing. Topics will include food, movies, boredom, my hate affair with my current job, my son (the very lovely lovely thing!), rants about my hubby (or raves), breastfeeding, finance, mommyhood, stories too candid like you wouldn't believe it happened, so many things that I love to hate and vice versa. In the end they say everything is about love. And that is what I am all about.

From Alice in Wonderland:
